Returns and Refunds

Right of Return
You may return a product and receive a refund if you notify us in writing, either via the contact form or by calling the Customer Service Department at (+30) 210 80 66 528, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by you or by a third party designated by you. In the case of an order consisting of multiple products, the period begins when you receive the last product, or upon delivery of the product in the case of periodic supplies.

Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the same excellent condition in which it was delivered to you, or provide clear and indisputable evidence that it has been safely sent within 14 calendar days from exercising your right of withdrawal. We are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid within the same period.

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and proof of receipt and, of course, must be in the condition in which you received them from us (sealed/closed packaging). The shipping costs for returning the product are not covered by KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. and are borne by the customer. Refunds from KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. do not include the initial shipping costs to you if they exceed the cost of standard postal services.

You do not have the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 3b of Law 2251/94 or in any other case where it is provided by law or by this document in accordance with the law.
