The BlueSniper boat casting rods are designed for all anglers who want to make long casts from the boat with great ease and efficiency, while targeting large and strong preys. In order for tuna and bluefin tuna fishing to be efficient, it is important that our rod can maintain balance in many critical points. These are the low weight, the great strength of the blank, but also the appropriate sensitivity and parabola, in order to achieve realistic movement in our lure. This series is built to achieve this exact goal, creating a powerful, yet light rod that gives us long casts and excellent handling of the lure or any other lure we use. The first points of the blank towards the base, give large reserves of torque, for continuous and gradually increasing pressure on prey such as tuna, while the last points towards the nose, help us to achieve our techniques perfectly. Rated at #10 for power, this rod targets big tunas around 100kg. The blank has more power than the 81/8 to enable casting lures up to 130gm. Like the Blacky series, it bends nicely when loaded to endure the violent runs of tunas. 4ways carbon material are used on the butt section to reduce twisting of the blanks adding another advantage during fights with big tunas.
